Update - Wow - we had a great time - a mile and half to the top of the mountain and a mile and half back down again. It was windy but beautiful. We packed snacks and stopped at Publix for sandwiches on the way to eat for lunch. Check out the view from the top! You can see downtown Atlanta in the background. Nice photos everyone. Stone Mt is such a strange yet beautiful place.
The photos reminded us of the time we went up there. I am looking forward to seeing you all in October. Perhaps we can take Liz up Stone Moountain, I am sure she would like it.
